ASPECTS OF WATER

Water is our most precious commodity, the source of life and essential for everything living on earth. It has emotional and atmospheric aspects which I have attempted to capture in my work in a variety of mediums.

My paintings are a limited interpretation of water capturing its moods, tides and environments. Walking around the Anglesea river and wetlands are wonderful restful places to observe reflections and bird life.

Living by the sea I spend many hours observing, photographing and painting the ocean. I try to capture its power, movement and colours at different times of the day and throughout the seasons.
