Felt is a fabric that has not been woven or knitted but a series of natural fibres that have been laid out with soap and water added, then agitated to lock the fibres together to form a fabric.
I love this process to be able to create beautiful natural garments. I have been felting for almost 20 years and never tire of the creations that evolve as I lay out the wool fibres and embellishments in my home studio.
