Ches Mills lives in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. While she thoroughly treasures the beauty of this environment her soul has always been with the ocean.  Her love of the ocean has been a constant source of inspiration for her work, with beach combing and exploring the always fascinating rock pools along our coastline, a favourite past time.

She hopes that in portraying the beauty of these various environs to raise awareness of the urgent need to take action to protect them.

Ches works with ink, gouache, acrylic and charcoal on paper and stretched linen, and also employs various printmaking techniques in her work.
