LOUISE PRICE

Louise Price was educated in Melbourne, Australia where she graduated from the Melbourne State College with a Bachelor of Secondary Education (Art and Craft), majoring in Textiles in 1977.
After teaching for some years, Louise furthered her own study of painting through classes and workshops.
She continues to develop her own versatile style with watercolour, pastels, drawings and oils. With a variety of interests and a love for travel, Louise is never without her sketchbook, and she regularly attends portrait and life drawing sessions.

Louise exhibits regularly and has received numerous awards in Melbourne and throughout Victoria,
including the prestigious National Alice Bale Award for watercolour.
Louise’s paintings are in private collections throughout Australia and worldwide
and she has exhibited nationally and in overseas countries including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Italy.
