This painting is a mash up of several drawings I have done of budgies. I will pull bits from various images, being careful to make sure it looks like one bird. I love the bright colours budgies have and tried to incorporate those, with a  bit of artistic license of course. I called it Smuggles like the Aussie slang for speedos “Budgie Smugglers” just to have some fun with the name as the naming process can be a bit laborious at times so having fun is always a bonus.
