Lenny the Lorikeet –

This painting was inspired by a visit to Healesville Sanctuary in outer Melbourne. I took several photos of the lorikeets as I was feeding them. They are such cheeky, fun loving birds that always make me laugh. I chose to keep most of the natural colours of the bird but then added some stencils using spray paint to add some fun just like these cheeky birds.
