an original contemporary landscape painting. Worked on a handmade stretched canvas and framed in repurposed Merbau timber.

My tools are brushes, rags and fingers. The medium is mainly environmentally friendly acrylics. ‘High Plains’ is inspired by cherished, remembered images of Mount Jaithmathangs (Mt Bogong, Eastern Highlands of Victoria). ‘High Plains’ is painted with respect to indigenous groups who share this beautiful high plains area.
